What is the minimum order quantity?
Cupcakes and macarons are available from 12 pieces. Brownies from 8 pieces.
Can you use our brand colours?
Yes. For various products we can adjust the colours so they match your branding. For orders over 100 pieces, this includes colour-matching macaron shells, cupcake frosting and/or decorations, and brownie toppings — please email info@tentothreebakery.com with your requirements.
How far in advance should I order?
Orders under 100 pieces should be placed at least two days in advance. Larger orders at least one week in advance. For orders from 2,000 pieces, please contact us first.
Is a rush order possible?
Yes, please contact us. We will be happy to see what is possible.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, prices include VAT.
Can we pay on invoice?
Yes — payment on invoice is possible. Please email info@tentothreebakery.com with the order and the information you’d like included on the invoice.
Where do you deliver?
We offer door-to-door delivery throughout the province of South Holland; delivery costs €15 (€10 within Rotterdam), between 10am and 2pm, and someone needs to be available at the address to receive the order. Delivery outside South Holland is also available on request, with a minimum order value of €250 excluding delivery costs — please email info@tentothreebakery.com to discuss arrangements, as delivery costs vary by province. Our logo brownies can also be sent by post anywhere in the Netherlands (see below), and for large campaigns we’ve worked with clients to send thousands of brownie boxes to addresses throughout the country.
Which logo products do you deliver throughout the Netherlands?

Can you personalize letterbox brownies with our company logo?
Yes — the Corporate Logo Brownie Box can be personalized with a corporate logo and shipped free across the Netherlands, making it a low-effort way to reach remote clients or employees.
Can an order be sent to multiple addresses?
Yes — delivery to multiple addresses is possible, please discuss your requirements with us.
Do you deliver to events?
Yes. We deliver to offices, homes and directly to event locations.

Yes — logo macarons, mini cupcakes, and cakepops are popular for trade fairs, product launches, and promotional events, as their individual, grab-and-go format makes them easy to hand out on a stand while keeping your logo visible and memorable to visitors.
