Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel or amend any order, please contact us as soon as possible, we require a minimum of 48 hours for cancellation of orders. Where cancelled in time a refund will be issued as below.

If a Product is not as on the Order Confirmation or damaged we will credit or refund your purchase. Please provide us with photographic evidence and keep any damaged Products and all packaging for eventual inspection by us. Subject to our report on the claimed damage and to our Terms and Conditions we will refund the price you paid for the  Products together with the delivery charge, or at our option we will provide you with a credit for further products. We will have no liability to you for any indirect loss. Please state clearly your order number in all communications to us.

Since taste is subjective we cannot accept the return of any Products on the basis that you do not like the taste.

Further, whilst we make efforts to ensure that the colours of the Products on the Website represent the actual colours of the Product,  the colour  you see on your screen will depend on your monitor, your screen settings and resolution. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see will accurately reflect the colour of the Product on delivery and we cannot accept the return of any Product because it deviates somewhat from the  colour you were expecting from viewing your screen display.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds where applicable will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Please note that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted by a credit card company or bank and therefore also check with your card company or bank if the payment is still being processed by them.
